Families Uniting to Nurture Kids and Youth
FUNKY Hearts Inc is a not-for-profit organisation run by a group of volunteers with Christian Family values.
Our vision is to:
- Encourage, nurture and grow families to be the best family they can be.
- Provide a safe & welcoming drop-in style centre for families and young children as a way to build relationships and show Godly love and acceptance.
- To meet families where they are at, share journeys and in turn develop a sense of belonging and wellbeing.
- To provide a clean, fun and exciting play facility for children while their parents relax & have the opportunity to overcome potential feelings of isolation, loneliness and life pressures.
- To share love and show compassion to those most in need, being reflective of Jesus Christ’s love for everyone.
Volunteers
FUNKY Hearts Inc is staffed entirely by volunteers. We are a groups of like-minded, all-ages people wanting to serve our community. All of our volunteers are required to hold current Working with Children Checks.
